Scott Harwood and his business partner, Jason Stone, just opened what is probably the most private personal training
studio in the Denver area. Scott trains anyone and everyone, both male and female of all ages from high school athletes looking to take
their performance to the next level to middle aged desk workers just looking to improve their appearance and overall health. Scott,
a former Marine, is known for his high intensity workouts with proven results. Scott gets your heart rate up early to burn fat
during the workout while you perform weight training to sculpt and tone your muscles. He is always learning and applying workout
methods with a combination of ten years experience at personal training and 25 years of sports. He played soccer, baseball, tennis,
and football. Scott specializes in general fitness, sports’ specific training, fat loss, lean muscle gains, marathon training,
triathlon training, mixed martial arts, endurance training, and whatever else you tell him you want to be better at. Located minutes
away from Downtown, Cherry Creek, Glendale, Capitol Hill, Washington Park, Cheesman Park Governor’s Park, and Baker. Scott also
runs Denver’s toughest boot camp program.
